It supports unified management across mainstream messaging channels including WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Instagram, LINE, Email, and Discord.
2. Account Registration and Management
- You must register an account to use the Service. You should provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and password. You bear all consequences arising from the leakage of your account due to your own reasons.

We commit to providing 99.9% system availability for paid users. Custom plan users enjoy dedicated SLA guarantees as specified in their contracts. If service unavailability exceeds the SLA commitment due to our causes, we will provide equivalent service duration compensation based on actual downtime.
9. Breach and Termination
- If you violate these Terms of Service, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and delete related data.
- You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
- After account termination, provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and dispute resolution shall remain in effect.
10. Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation.
